  I don’t think I’ve ever heard so many great things being said about one single spot, but this place right here? IS BEAUTIFULLY RAN. I would owe it all the the general manager Nicole Singleton for the genuine care of the building and the surrounding area. Never have I felt safer and appreciative of such a place. Keep up the great work!!

  I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the maintenance team at our apartment building, and I can't say enough good things about Cesar, Eduardo, and Nelson. From the moment I reached out with an issue, their professionalism and efficiency were evident. They are always punctual, arriving exactly when they say they will, which is a rarity these days! When my AC broke down, they were quick to assess the situation and had it fixed in no time. Their straightforward approach made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. What truly stands out is their willingness to help. They are always ready to assist with any maintenance concerns, and their friendly demeanor makes it a pleasure to work with them. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication. Cesar, Eduardo, and Nelson are true assets to our community!

  I had an amazing experience from my first tour all the way through move-in, and it's all thanks to Frannie! She was incredibly welcoming and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I left the tour feeling confident that this was the right place for me. The move-in process was just as smooth. Frannie kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and exciting. Her attention to detail and genuine care for residents really stood out. If you're planning to tour or move to Rise at the Boro I highly recommend working with Frannie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

  I can't say enough great things about my experience at The Rise at the Boro, and it's all thanks to Shianne! From the moment I met her, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. She was incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and make sure I felt confident every step of the way. It's rare to come across someone who truly cares about the people they help, but Shianne does exactly that. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine personality made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She exceeded my expectations, and I'm so grateful for all of her help. If you're considering The Rise at the Boro, I truly recommend asking for Shianne. She's absolutely amazing, and she's a major reason why I had such a fantastic experience!

  When we toured this location, we waited for over 20 minutes to be greeted by anyone from the leasing office. Once we got on the tour, the young man that gave us the tour was obviously overwhelmed as he was just getting off another tour and did not have any help - he did a great job guiding us through the building. We decided we wanted to lease an apartment in this building as we liked the space. We never received any follow up from the leasing office. We called 6 times across 2 weeks, and sent 3 follow up emails and never got any response. Do not waste your time here - they clearly do not want or need the business.
