  Loved my stay at Bolden for 2 years. The maintenance staff was exceptionally nice and always helpful.special kudos to Caesar and Michael for their help and support. The administration frequent changes were a little concerning and the one elevator being non functional for ever a few months now was extremely inconvenient for the Bolden residents. Other than that great area to live in. Thank you for your support.

  I had a great experience with this property. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Maykol was especially helpful, answered my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I really like the property and appreciate the excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!

  This apartment complex has exceeded my expectations in many ways. Nicole and the management team are professional, friendly, and responsive to residents’ needs. The amenities are well maintained, and the property always looks inviting. Maykol and the rest of the Maintenance team complete requests efficiently and with great attention to detail. I would happily recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

  I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and dedication of Mr. Cesar, the Maintenance Manager at Bolden | Rise. Mr. Cesar worked diligently with numerous contractors on a daily basis to ensure that my HVAC system was repaired and fully operational. His quick responses and consistent communication demonstrated his commitment to both his role and the living conditions of his tenants. Thank you, Mr. Cesar, for your hard work, exceptional support, and for coordinating with the contractors to ensure the issue in my unit was completely resolved. I also want to extend my thanks to the contractor who finalized the repairs, and the rest of the Bolden | Rise maintenance team and numerous contractors involved. ____________________________________________________________ I am writing to express my sincerest appreciation and gratitude to Nicole Singleton, ARM, General Manager at Rise | Bolden.   I was starting to give up hope. I love the Rise and Bolden but addressing basic residents concerns was lacking. The addition of Nicole Singleton as the property manager, I can say I have seen a vast improvement of day to day operations and addressing residents needs in a timely and resolute manner. That being said, the location itself/ apartment layout/ as well as amenities are second to none offering a luxury living lifestyle at an affordable market price. To anyone planning on moving to the area I would do it again without hesitation and encourage you to choose Bolden and The Rise at the Boro for a high-quality, supportive living experience.
