- PRPamela ReidJul 21, 20262.0We purchased a home for our mom from Clayton Homes. I wish we’d gone another route. I had read the reviews but still thought I’d give them a chance. Mom’s house still has issues that were supposed to be fixed during the so-called warranty period. They were there multiple times for different issues and some of the same issues over and over again. Then, the warranty time period was over and we are left to handle what should have been fixed by them. My recommendation is DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Find another way. Make better use of your money. Another way may be more expensive but, you will be more at peace knowing you will not have ongoing issues. I’m sure they know how cruddy everything is but, when you don’t value the customer, you don’t care about making changes to make the company better.
