  Moving in experience has been great. Only reason for 2 stars is because I have had hot water only on the day I moved in, and I haven’t had any since ( it has now been 2 days).I’ve placed 2 work orders. Office staff are friendly, I just want hot water. Also, I was unable to complete a move in walk through inspection because the link expired in 24 hours from my move in date and there are a few things needing to be mentioned as present at time of my move in. Update: hot water issue resolved the next day and was given a walk through paper to fill out…..but…. Blinds completely came down and work order placed and still waiting to have that fixed along with a leaking sink.

  There too much too list when it comes to issues. My rent keeps going up as items in the apartment get older. My AC has broken on average once a month since March. I had to wait multiple days for a fix and it took them literally 3 minutes to get it working again. On the first of the year they went to parking permits they literally sent 2 emails about it my car was towed it cost me $300. They use a tow service all the way a cross Suffolk the Lyft was $60. I lived here for 5 years and they couldn’t have been bothered to send me a text or call like they did for this survey. They called me to sign the lease 6 months early but couldn’t for a parking permit. Hands down the worst place I’ve lived in terms of customer service and quality. A 2 bedroom costs a little less than hoses in VA Beach. Over 2K a month for a 2 bedroom is a joke, the current tenants are paying for the vacant apartments. Some of them sit vacant for half a year. Rather than make it affordable they punish those to live here with higher rent. Bad customer service. They fence off and lock the only way to walk to the stores but keep the complex open on the side that faces the busy road and food lion anyone on the street can walk up to your front door or see your front door from the food lion parking lot.

  “I just want to shout out the amazing office ladies here—they are always so kind, patient, and helpful! Every time I come in or call, they greet me with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled. They really create a positive and welcoming environment, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Definitely happy to be able to do great business with them
