  Just moved in a little over a week ago and am so far thoroughly impressed with everything from front desk Esther's incredible competence and friendliness in getting me moved in efficiently and effortlessly to meeting my good natured, welcoming neighbors, as well as everything the complex and surrounding areas have to offer! I feel happy to be living here and would love to make it my forever home!!

  I have lived in Cascade village in Sterling Virginia for about a year. My case manager got me the apartment but the management didn't tell me about the bed bugs and the rats inside the apartment unit. They would come into my apartment anytime they felt like it without leaving me a notice or anything that they were inside their. Management didn't care about a disabled person like I am, I was told by my case manager that I'd have to leave the apartment because I was disabled therefore they threw me out on the street because I'm disabled. My caseworker from cornerstone in Virginia didn't help me anymore because I was disabled and they were Nexus in conjunction with Cascade village. There were rats crawling inside the walls at night I heard them they were eating my bread I reported it to the management and they did nothing. The rats would leave feces and urinate on the countertop. This was ridiculous and I reported it to the corporate office in the corporate office didn't do anything I wrote so many letters but they neglected to solve the issue. . I would advise anybody that wants to live there do not live there unless you're ready for rats and bed bugs that they didn't even tell me or acknowledge when I moved in when my case manager got me the apartment because I'm disabled. I felt very uncomfortable living there I didn't like living there but I couldn't leave right away because my case manager says I have to stay there until the lease was up which it was but she told me that I had to leave because I was disabled and they wouldn't help me anymore. Cornerstone in Cascade village was in conjunction with my disabilities. They threw me out in the cold weather with no place to go. However, I'm glad that I'm not living there anymore with bed bugs and rats that place that unit that I was living in should be condemned. In the winter time the heater broke and I was left without a heater for 4 months that I didn't have any heat they had all the replacements for the heaters outside in a container and they never installed it. 1 month before I was ready to leave or get thrown out because I was disabled that's when they installed the heat a new heater. Cascade village Senior living in Sterling Virginia is not a good place to reiterate there are rats in the walls and bed bugs. I would avoid living there if I was anybody not clean. I saw the maintenance man one day in the hallway and told him I had rats in the walls and stuff he set up traps and put a mesh behind the wall where the rats had eaten behind the stove the drywall to get out and eat my bread. He knew there were rats in the apartment. My case manager told me to give my intent to vacate notice because they wouldn't help me anymore and I tried to deliver it to management and they declined give they declined my intent to vacation notice. I sent it to corporate office and told my case manager she needs to come over and we both walked it over to management because they refused to accept it according to the lease you have to write a written notice that your vacating a 60-day written notice and the management refused to accept it. All in all, my case manager drove all the way from her job and I walked over my handwritten intent to vacate notice which is a requirement on the lease. I wanted to sue them but I couldn't find a lawyer to help me because they don't they want money and I didn't have any money because I'm disabled. Cascade village and cornerstone head discriminated against me for housing because of my disabilities. To all you seniors looking for a place to live take my word for it don't live in Cascade village senior homes in Sterling Virginia it has rats and bed bugs.

  Moved in here with my mom as I was looking for a clean, safe , quiet and friendly environment. This is the right place that makes you feel satisfied and the people are very nice . The staff is supportive and very professional and are always ready to help when needed. Birthdays are celebrated every month which really makes you feel the togetherness when you all get together on those special days especially when you all play the games and chat with each other. I wish I had come here earlier. This is the best place to enjoy your retirement. Thanks to the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

  Tengo 3 años viviendo aquí , hace un año recomendé a mi tía , me ofrecieron un bonos de &500 . A mi y a ella …. A ninguna de las 2 no dieron el dinero . He preguntado varias veces y lo único que me dicen es que la oficina principal maneja esta situación . No dan núm de Telf ni información como llegar a Elllos
