  We had a bit of a rough start with our move-in, but when we raised the issues to Karen, she was very helpful in making sure everything was taken care of quickly. We are loving the apartment so far, and are looking forward to trying out some of the amenities. Thank you for everything Karen!

  My husband and I recently moved into this apartment complex after relocating from Maryland, and we’ve had such a positive experience so far! Karen has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. Since I wasn’t able to tour the apartment in person, my husband toured with her, and she allowed him to take videos so I could get a clear idea of exactly what our apartment would look like. She was very attentive to all of our questions and needs both before and after our move, which made relocating from another state so much easier. The entire staff has been very responsive, and I’ve also been really impressed with the maintenance team. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. One day, I was carrying some heavy boxes, and one of the maintenance staff members offered to help me without me even having to ask. That small gesture really stood out to me! The complex is also very pet-friendly, which we love. There are plenty of pet stations throughout the property with bags for picking up after your pets, as well as lots of areas around the complex that are great for walks. Another huge plus is the location. We’re close to Target, Starbucks, Giant, Shake Shack, and plenty of other convenient places. Overall, we’ve been very happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend this complex, especially to anyone who is new to the area or relocating from out of state!

  Just moved in and couldn’t be happier. The staff has been great. Shoutout to Chris for being so patient, kind and helpful during my move in process. The apartment is spacious and looking forward to this journey at Cascades Overlook!

  I’ve been living here for a while. Whenever I’ve had any issues they’ve been prompt with solutions to the issues. The staff is very personable, respectful, patient ( dealing with us can test your patients), empathetic, and polite! S/O to Brooke and Karen. I appreciate all your help!

  This is a quiet community with great value in terms of apartment size and quality for the money. It's convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping, but without any of the city noise you'd get closer to the beltway. The property management team and maintenance staff are excellent. Andrea, the Assistant Property Manager, is easy to communicate with, and goes out of her way to solve any problems that come up. She treats you like a part of the community from Day 1. James, one of the maintenance professionals, does a terrific job of addressing any issues you have in your apartment, but also makes sure to follow up and ensure everything was taken care of to your satisfaction. I couldn't be happier having chosen Cascades Overlook to call home.
