  Should have read the reviews before applying, The worst property management company ever do not rent here. I came here because my lease at my current unit at a different property was ending and I saw some of their units online which I was interested in. I came to this office the first time early May and Charles told me he has too many appointments and can not get to me that day which no big deal. I told him I will come back during the weekdays. I came back a couple days later Charles was not there I spoke with Samadrita Auddy on 5/13; we spoke about a one bedroom which was on the market they did not have any viewing options you had to apply without a tour which then she sent a link to an application with a floor plan. The floor plan looked fine but the link to the application was broken and would not load so I went back to the office spoke to Charles he gave me instructions to apply so I applied online and they send a separate link for income verification; all was done and I was approved. Then I was sent a link for a lease signature on May 22nd for a move in date of June 27th and all parties went thru the link and signed. My signature portal was extensive 70 pages my co applicants was 3 pages which I found odd. I called my leasing agent Charles I got voicemail later I found out later by this point he was out on emergency leave 2 days after sending the lease. I heard nothing back so I assumed all is well we go in person to pickup the keys as I was told. June 27th comes and I go to the office Charles said the unit has been rented to someone else. I said no I have utilities scheduled to setup at the unit but what happen was Charles had a unexpected emergency and had to take emergency leave which left my lease pending and no one was telling me what happened the property management was negligent in following up on my application. Now I’m in a situation that I’ve given my move out notice at my existing residence but I have no unit they can give me at the same rate due to their mistake. As an insult they think offering me a different unit at a rental rate of $150 more than the settled rate is something they are doing to “help” me to make things right. This is beyond neglect the software company they use is not in sync with their management because the software as you can see tells me I’ve done what I need to. This neglect has caused financial harm and the management needs to make it right. I will be reaching out to the BBB and more. Edit I got a call 2 days after the post about a second unit available and honoring the same rental rate and when I called back it was no longer available. If your going to offer the unit to someone maybe make it off market for 24-48 hours at least. At this point this management company has caused me over $6,450 in loss due to having option of only a more expensive unit over the 15 months with fees for my month to month extension plus days I had taken off to move along with the help. I have not been offered anything to compensate for my losses not even a month of rental credit which isn’t sufficient the days they keep extending.

  Customer service from maintenance to the Manager 5 stars! Love living here free parking for residents conveniently located next to the top schools and walking distance to local stores. Great place to live!

  Loved working with Christina Winfield today. She was very professional and helpful. Helped us secure the apartment that we thought we missed and to our great surprise the apartment was already move in ready. She took her time troubleshooting our application issues and was able to square every thing away and even squeezed in a showing. Thank you, Christina. I know my cousin and her family will be in good hands now :)
