  I really love living here! The office staff is always very attentive, friendly, and efficient. They are always willing to help and make sure that everything is taken care of quickly and professionally. I also really appreciate all the events they organize for the community. The coffee and frappe events are my favorite! They are such a nice touch and make the community feel welcoming and connected. I’m very happy to live here and truly appreciate all the effort the team puts into making this a great place to call home.

  Great icee and back to school giveaway. Thanks Sam and Christina. The renovated apartments are VERY different from half renovated ones so be sure to confirm specs BUT the layouts are very functional and 2 BR/ 2 bath have good size closets. Registration is easy. Hard learned lesson: put your parking sticker on your car when you get it at move-in!

  We had a very positive impression of this community. The area is interesting and quiet, and it is clear that a lot of improvements and updates are being made. You can see that the team is investing in renovating and improving the apartments. Although we ultimately decided to choose another option that was a better fit for our current circumstances, we would like to highlight the excellent work of Charles Cliett, the agent who gave us the tour and introduced us to the apartments. Charles is an amazing agent! We truly enjoyed his presentation and could immediately see how dedicated and passionate he is about his work. He is very professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. He listens carefully to his clients’ needs and preferences and makes the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. We were very impressed with the quality of his service and professionalism. Our visit and conversation with him left us with a wonderful impression. We highly recommend Charles!
