  Erin is FANTASTIC! l scheduled an appointment for my clients to tour a home that at the time we thought was perfect for them. When things didn’t work out financially for them, Erin guided us to another Ryan Homes Community that had not only exactly what my clients were looking for in a home but worked out financially for them. We are now under contract, building their forever home. My experience with Erin was far more than just the typical Sales Associate to Realtor experience. It felt more like working with a friend, I’ve known for years. I hope to bring more clients to Ryan Homes because of Erin. Thanks again for helping my clients dream of home ownership come to fruition .

  I Just Closed On My Home Yesterday! My experience with everyone I encountered at Ryan Homes at Landmark Towns was absolutely phenomenal. This is the best home builder period. Not only do they build great homes, they offer in-house financing which beat all interest rates I received in estimates from other builders. Ryan offer the best closing assistance package Ive ever encountered. They are so precise, organized and on top of everything!! Emily is awesome. I was so nervous about my first time buying a home and her calm, nurturing aura truly eased my nerves tremendously. She offered emotional support at a time when I just felt so overwhelmed. Emily is so knowledgeable in finance and is so friendly and relatable. I felt like Ive known her all my life. Such a sweet person. I called her out of the blue looking for a home and she really made things happen for me. This past June 23, I saw my built home for the very first time and to say that Savannah did her thing would be such an understatement. She kept me updated on every step of the building process, was readily available for any questions I had, including measurements. I love the slightly protruding windows in my living room. Gorgeous! My home is beautiful. I am so glad I chose Ryan Homes at Landmark Towns.

  My first visit to Landmark condos was exceptionally good because people, places and things at the model home were inviting. The whole team was professional and helpful in providing answers to all my questions. For example, Janice DeLeon did an excellent job explaining the closing process and I could then understand the cost that I would incur. Again, thank you Janice and all who did a wonderful job selling this product called Landmark Condo. Your service could not have been better.

  My friend’s new home is very nice, but there are not enough lights going to Palm Ct.! It’s kinda scary 🫣; when it’s dark, it’s VERY DARK and scary 😱.

  After looking for a resale home for awhile, I stumbled upon Ryan Homes new subdivision “The Landmark”. I was able to join their interest list to be the first set of people notified of the grand opening and secure a place to call home. Sean Morgan was great to work with in understanding the community, home, and process.
