  Josh and Dyanna were amazing to work with. From our first conversation, it was like talking with old friends. However, they maintained a level of professionalism that is unmatched. They navigated a tricky real estate market with us and helped us not only sell our home (that had previously sat on the market) but find our off market forever home. They had top tier marketing but also boots on the ground to help stir up interest in our home. They answered all our questions, no matter what time or how silly. They knew the area and were able to talk to us about pros/cons of homes we were seeing. We would recommend them again and again!

  Exceptional! If I could give more stars I would. If you are reading this review, look no further. There are no better than Josh and Dyanna. They helped us get my mom's home ready for sale. They, not only worked for us, but more importantly, they and their team worked alongside us so we could unload 30 years worth of accumulation. A project that would have taken my family many months to accomplish was handled with care, efficiency and timeliness. Their knowledge of the market, communication, professionalism, genuine support, humor and warmth made this seemingly overwhelming task less stressful and achievable in a matter of two weeks! There is a reason they have consistent 5 star reviews. Thanks to the J&D Realty Team, this was a seamless transition of our family home and fond memories to someone else's new home with ease.
