  My boyfriend and I are moving into one of the apartments run by PMI this month and the experience has been amazing so far! The day we went and looked at it, Mike met us there. He showed us the inside of the apartment and answered any questions we had. We pointed a few things that needed to be fix and Mike was on top of it! Before we even left, Mike was telling the workers what they needed to do. All walls are freshly painted and a new sink was installed. I have contacted Mike a few times with questions and he has responded very quickly! We asked if we could go in the apartment to measure for a washer and dryer and within 10 minutes Mike responded and said absolutely. I am so pleased with the experience we have had so far and we are looking forward to moving in! Thanks for an amazing experience thus far!

  I have had PMI property management for my recently acquired property for over few months now. Michael and team from PMI had been extremely professional and helpful to me. I always feel comfortable reaching him. There is always room to improve certain property specific management activities. I am information technology specialist and I am open to help Michael and team to tweak his marketing. His is open to thoughts and is willing to learn. We will work together so we both will succeed.
