  The room I actually got is older than the model unit I was shown. The washer and dryer are smaller, the soundproofing is poor — I can hear noise from the neighboring units, and smells come through too, especially strong Indian spices when they cook.

  I’m going to miss living here. Pebble is always clean, friendly and has the most stunning views. I enjoy coming home each day. Maintenance team is literally the best and always quick to fix or help out. The property manager has always been so friendly, flexible, and understanding. The pool is awesome, as well as the fitness center. So many clean dog parks. Your new home is waiting for you. Thanks Pebble Creek for the last several years!

  Okay I had requested someone call us before they come because I'm in the back room usually. But when the young man got here he fixed it relatively fast. But the stuff that he removed off the tank he left on the floor. Melvin is legally blind and almost fell over it when he went to the bathroom. While he fixed the problem the fact that he didn't put the stuff back where he got it from well not a convenience was dangerous for Melvin. He did a good job fixing the toilet

  Pebble creek is an amazing facility and the move in process when very smooth. There was a slight issue at the beginning with the move in but Mariah helped me through the process and made everything right. She is amazing and has made the whole process easy and efficient.
