  The rent is high Maintenance was good but now you need to remind them several times if in case it’s not an emergency. Amenities are good but parks can be improved .

  The outdoor washer and dryer require quarters for operation, which is quite inconvenient. I rarely use cash anymore, as all of my transactions are conducted via debit or credit card. Furthermore, there is no facility available here to exchange bills for quarters.

  TOO many RED flags here not to share‼️ At first, they’re responsive and helpful, but that changes quickly after you sign the lease. Communication becomes poor, emails are often ignored, and you’re given excuses instead of real answers. I barely lived in the apartment. I had just moved for work and needed a place quickly, so I accepted the unit, but when submitting my move-in paperwork, I clearly flagged multiple issues that needed fixing. Those requests were never addressed. Realistically, no one wants to deal with super bad management and a team, and a home that isn’t up to standard, especially when paying full rent. As soon as I found another place, I moved out, but still continued paying rent through the lease because breaking it would have cost nearly the same. I ended up paying over 6 months of rent for a place I wasn’t even living in. After my lease ended, they withheld part of my security deposit for things that were already in poor condition when I moved in. When submitting my move-in paperwork, I also noted that multiple items were dirty, rusty, or in need of repair, and there wasn’t enough space on the forms to write everything down and that I have photos and videos showing the issues. At the time, management said these weren’t major and “not to worry.” Essentially, they charge tenants out of their own pocket for repairs that should have been their responsibility, and I have proof. Most concerning was a safety issue: I returned to the unit one time while moving my belongings and found that maintenance or someone had entered, and left my door open and unlocked (lock was broken). That is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this property to be extremely cautious, document everything thoroughly (not to trust what they tell you at all) and think twice before signing a lease here.
