  Stopped by in Roanoke today to look for a home. I was told to go ahead and look at the homes on the lot. I did and found two that I liked. I was in the middle of conversation with the agent when a couple walked in and he told them "give me thirty seconds and I'll be right with you" I felt unimportant at that moment and won't go back. He missed an opportunity and it's his loss.

  Continued false promises. Met with Freedom Homes and initially had good experience with willingness to be transparent. However, yes is given when it is unknown if yes is a possibility. Brandon Vinson and then his Manager Jason Wellhofer continued to string us along for almost a complete year while making it seem us though we were the hold up. We were told that our home would be in production around October 25th, 2024 only to find out they are unwilling to deliver the home on October 28th, 2024. This was after down grading from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom which only changed the price $7,000 even though the website shows a price difference of $20,000 on their website. They also added a $20,000 increase to a document that was sent to the lender then forwarded to us for signature. When questioned why this occurred they stated it was requested by the lender for closing costs. However, on the document it was listed as an expense to be covered by the seller. They offer turn-key but only if you're willing to do all the work without any change in price for you. Numerous attempts at Bait and Switch. Stay away. They have signs claiming a Better Business Bureau rating however they are not at all a part of the BBB

  I moved from the Chicago area recently and Freedom Homes has been excellent for me. Very responsive to my needs. Recently, Walter Richard, came to my home and did many repairs including stress cracks from my home settling. He was courteous and did an amazing job. Thank You for All that you do to make me feel at home here in Virginia.
