  I had a fantastic experience leasing at The Bridges. Emily and Joe were friendly, incredibly responsive, and really went out of their way to help me with the rental application process. The customer service is top notch, and it has helped to create a wonderful community.

  I had a really great move-in experience! The management here is super nice and responsive, the amenities are great, and the complex overall seems well-maintained and peaceful. Emily and Joe made the whole process very easy for me as someone who had never been to Roanoke before. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

  I lived at South 16 for 4.5 years and then through the transition to Century Bridges over the last few months. I lived in a larger one bedroom above the main street, over the years my rent went up about 100$ a year until this past year when it went up about 50$. I had an excellent 5 years here without many issues. Maintenance was always immaculate and on top of things in my apartment. They fixed my washing machine when it broke quickly, plumbing, and other small things through the years. My HVAC was always working great. I would say the transition to Century Bridges has added more care at least over the last few months with more resident events and activities as well as more care taken to the property. While the doors break and elevators break frequently through the years (at one point an elevator was out for months) they always kept us updated and tried to fix it. The only issues with the apartment are the noise (main road leading to ambulances, fire trucks, and racing cars and trains) but once you adjust you can sleep anywhere as well as a few loud neighbors over the years (my upstairs neighbor got a treadmill and I had some neighbors next to my bedroom that enjoyed loud 3 AM parties) but they always tried to handle the noise complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere close to the hospital to stay.

  I've only been living at Century Bridges for about two weeks, but my experience has been very positive so far. Communication has been excellent, even before my lease officially started. Emily and her team have always responded quickly to my questions, and maintenance requests have been handled promptly. The community amenities are clean, well-maintained, and make the property feel well cared for. While I do think the rent is on the higher side, the responsive management and overall quality of the community have made a strong first impression.

  Just moved to Roanoke and discovered Century Bridges. Toured the apartments with leasing agent Joe Caro and quickly decided that this property was where I wanted to live. Joe was extremely helpful throughout the moving process. As I moved more than 1,000 miles, I really appreciated his guidance and communication. The entire staff is terrific at Century Bridges and extremely welcoming.
