  I’m a resident here and I’m just really upset with the fact that it is summer and the pool is still not open. We pay for amenities such as the pool, and to start construction right before summer is nonsense. We received an email saying the pool would open up this Friday and haven’t received an email saying otherwise. My roommate just called today to see if the pool would be opening up and they told us that they still have to get it approved and could be another month until it opens. It is June 11th and it is very hot outside, there is no reason for residents to pay for these amenities when they are not open. It seems like very poor planning.

  The office staff were kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision and answered our questions thoroughly. The building itself was clean and well-maintained, and the apartment was spacious with a thoughtful layout. Depending on the floor, the views are absolutely beautiful. I was also impressed with the amenities. My daughter enjoys working out, and the fitness center is well-equipped and offers everything she would need. Overall, this community made a very positive impression on us, and we left feeling confident that it would be a wonderful place for my daughter to call home.

  I have lived in many apartments since downsizing selling my beautiful home. None of my apartment owners/managers and their staff have equalled or exceeded Emily and her staff here at Century Bridges! Emily and her staff definitely go above and beyond my expectations! They have solved some of my paperwork issues several times. They provide professionalism, knowledge, and an eager attitude each and every time with beautiful smiles and the words "let me know what else I can do for you!" I love my apartment here at CB! Emily ensures a clean and healthy environment, lots of interaction with this community... events, free breakfasts, raffles, food trucks, free local fresh baked cookies, and other types of events which bring this beautiful community together. If you are looking for an award winning property, community friends or acquaintances as well as safety and close proximity to downtown Roanoke and other events....look no further! I'm impressed every day with my community here at Century Bridges!

  I have lived here for almost two years, and I've been very happy with the recent change in management. I seriously considered moving out because my AC was not working properly and the issue was not fully resolved last summer. But, after the new management team took over, I submitted another AC maintenance request before this summer, and they assessed the situation and fixed the problem quickly and accurately! I especially want to thank Emily, the community manager, for being so kind, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. I also really appreciate the maintenance team for their great work! Since the management change, the community feels more lively and welcoming, especially with the small events and thoughtful touches in the lobby. I'm happy to stay in this lovely apartment community!
