I have been a resident for 16 years and hope I never have to leave. II love the layout of my townhouse it has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. the maintenance and upkeep are superior and the office staff are on top of everything needed. An excellent place to call home.

Have lived here 9 years, only complaint is lack of insulation in enter and outside walls, can hear barking dogs and yelling/crying children from neighboring apartments (above, below and beside units). In winter apartment cold and summer hot, causing electric and gas bills to be high since no insulation in outside walls. This complex was built in early 1970's when building codes were different.

We moved here from New York State , management made what could have been a stressful move very easy and straight forward. My wife and I are very happy here. A wonderful complex, exceptionally maintained.
