Alexus greeted us and gave us information to try to get us to where we needed to be on our quest for that information. She was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She answered our questions and was very genuine in her responses to try to assist us. She knew how to read the drawing of our home we had and knew exactly what we were asking and knew what she was talking about.
