  My wife and I moved into Triton in early May and LOVE it here. The amenities are great and we appreciate the safety measures here. The heart of Triton is the staff. Everyone is friendly and hardworking. A shout-out goes to the maintenance guy in our side of the building. Ray goes above and beyond on everything he does. A few days after we moved in, a hose broke on the upstairs neighbor's washer. Water streamed into our ceiling and wall in the utility room and kitchen. It was a Saturday night, but Ray showed up quickly. He stopped the leak, cut out a piece of the ceiling and taped over the vent. He checked it the next day. He let us know when the plumber would arrive and then he came back and patched our ceiling. Such a nice guy.

  THIS PLACE IS NOT IN SCOTT’S ADDITION. It’s across THREE major roads from it. Good luck walking to anything in *actual* Scott’s Addition. There’s nothing in this area. They’re very clearly giving incentives to residents for positive reviews. Charging the same price as apartments in Scott’s but for a crappy location? Yikes.

  Staff very helpful showing apartments. Low grade carpet in bedrooms, suggest vinyl throughout apartment. Better shower heads to accommodate seniors and handicap persons.. Handicap parking limited

  Living at Triton was initially a positive experience, but that quickly changed after new management took over. When we discovered a long-term leak in our unit that led to black mold inside the walls, the situation became serious. Unfortunately, it took Ashley Lawson nearly two weeks just to respond, let alone any meaningful action toward remediation. Throughout the process, communication was lacking, and interactions felt dismissive and unprofessional. In a situation involving potential health risks, empathy, urgency, and clear leadership are essential—and those qualities were noticeably absent. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this building to carefully weigh their options before committing.
