  Zemirah is so helpfull whenever we need something! Throughout our entire time at the Treehouse she has been such a delight to work with and ask questions to. She makes things quick and stress free.

  Really nice gym. Then I discovered the big gym. That one’s got all the stuff. I went there on my lunch break and used the equipment. Top-notch equipment I couldn’t fit it all in this pic but there’s enough for a really thorough workout! Nicely done guys. Improvements all over the place. Bravo treehouse

  I gave really good reviews for this being a good place to live. Now that I live hear the customer service is horrible. I called about Camaras in the neighborhood because my car was stolen. I was told I would get a call back. No one ever followed up with me like they said. I was told they don't have cameras,but you have a sign as you enter that says you do. Three months later after my car was stolen again window busted ignition torn out. Now that the police is involved I get a random email about locking my doors don't leave valuables in.the car or your car running as if it was my fault. My car was secure both times with no valuables. When I asked my neighbor if she received this email she said no. I wrote back and asked was there a specific reason I was getting this email no response. I notice when people report animals stolen all kinds of emails get sent out to help that resident, but I guess my car being stolen was not a priority. Never once did anyone reach out to me to follow. This is horrible and unprofessional customer service.

  The 2 stars come from just the general location it is at in the city. Other wise all cons outweigh the pros. In particular the rodent & roach problem is too severe. You can keep your unit as clean as you want, but you'll still experience these problems trust me. Also if you move in check behind all appliances thoroughly. There were literally holes in the walls behind the oven and in the ceiling of the hallway closet that we had to discover and report ourselves. As well as under the kitchen sink. These holes are how these pest will infiltrate your apartment if you choose to rent here. I'm a current resident who doesn't require much but even I can bare no longer and in good faith will not renew my lease when the time comes. The nail on the head is myself not being able to get in contact with " emergency maintenance " at all once I needed to report a emergency just recently. Your experience could be different but this is what I can say after living here the last 5 years. Also trash in hallways doesn't get picked up for a week or two, though residents shouldn't be leaving trash in the halls but still.
