  Lived there for a year. Apartments are older but renovated. Overall modest but comfortable. Staff is great, especially the maintenance crew. Issues are usually resolved within 48 hours. The only issue I had was with the neighbors above me. If your an early riser like myself, I would avoid the bottom floor if possible. As they do not enforce their noise ordinance and celings/floors are thin. I complained twice with video after 11pm but never received a response.

  I have been a resident at this apartment complex for five months now and I have to say that the service here is outstanding! I never had issues with the maintenance issues. I love guys who do work around the apartment. They take the time to explain any work or fix that needs to be done and the management addresses any concerns I have with professionalism and courtesy. I am yet to have a maintenance request to be denied or not done in a timely manner. Overall, this has been an excellent community to live in.
