  We have been living here for over 2 years. Staff is responsive and kind. Neighbors are helpful and friendly. We are in a 3 bedroom and the rooms and closets are spacious.

  The Timbers was a great a place to call home. The community is quiet, well maintenance, and secure. My unit was very spacious and affordable. I did encounter frequent maintenance issues and there was absolutely NO privacy from the rental office. It was some type of "inspection" performed almost on a bi weekly bases. The office staff changed a lot and seem very impersonal with the exception of one associate. I terminated my lease due to lack of privacy, the fees were hefty BUT I do have a peace of mind and privacy now.

  Horrible. Hayley has a wonderful attitude and great customer service but her hands are tied with what she can do. Nicole closes the door to her office and washes her hands off it ALL. Pool has been open a week and opened late and now it's so filthy it can't be legal. Save your money and your sanity. Honestly keep looking
