  I have lived at this property since 2022, and unfortunately my experience has declined significantly since the change in management. Over the years, I have noticed ongoing concerns with cleanliness, security, maintenance, communication, and the overall condition of the community. The cleanliness of the property has become one of my biggest concerns. Common areas, including the parking garage and parking deck, frequently have trash buildup and do not always appear to be properly maintained. There are also ongoing odor issues throughout the property, including pet waste odors in shared areas. Security has also become a concern. I have noticed instances where side doors and building access points were not properly secured, which raises concerns about resident safety. Package theft has also contributed to these concerns. Maintenance requests have been another source of frustration. Issues involving pests, water leaks, HVAC concerns, and general upkeep have not always been handled with the level of urgency, communication, and follow-through residents expect. There also appears to be inconsistent enforcement of community policies. Shared areas often have noticeable marijuana and cigarette odors despite reminders about smoking policies. The building’s thin walls also make noise from neighboring units very noticeable and can impact the overall living experience. The frequent turnover of leasing office staff has made communication and follow-up challenging, as residents often have to adjust to new points of contact and different processes. My personal interactions with the property manager, Rianna is rude. The resident concerns are not always addressed with the professionalism and customer service expected. At times, her communication style has come across as unwelcoming. I do want to recognize Brianna, who provided excellent customer service during her time here. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely made an effort to assist residents. I have also noticed that some positive reviews appear to have been encouraged during times when negative feedback was being shared, which makes it difficult for potential residents to get a complete picture of the everyday resident experience.

  Too many rules/fines/bs. It was a great place when it was new, but the management lost site of the point of the place. They nickel and dime you on everything to make up for the fact it is all inclusive.

  I honestly have never lived anywhere where I didn’t have any complaints, but I truly do not have any complaints since living here. The property is always kept clean and I have never had any issues with noise. Any maintenance issue that I have ever reported has always been taken care of the same day. All staff are friendly. Ashley in the leasing office is extremely personable and willing to answer any questions that you may have. Truly love it here!
