  If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The staff are incredible humans. I have worked with Brandy, Farhin and McKenzie for my new move to their community and they all provided warmth and excellent customer service. The apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced for the location. This place is a gem with staff like these people who make things so easy and hassle free. The treatment from the staff here is beyond professional compared to the experiences I had at the place I am moving from, where the staff were not very helpful and didn’t provide good customer service. I chose this place for how well I was treated by the staff and how helpful they were to me in choosing my new apartment. Words cannot express my gratitude. If you are looking for a place with people who are great at their jobs and go above and beyond to provide a marvelous experience this is the place to rent from.

  Syed fixed all the issues perfectly. He not only checked and resolved the exact concerns I raised the request for, but also identified and fixed other areas that needed service thoroughly. Really appreciate his attention to detail and support.Great work👍

  I lived here for a little over a year, a couple things to note: 1) there are a LOT of kids, and the parents have no clue how to keep them quiet. Not sure what the complex can do about that, but it was definitely something I don't miss since I moved out 2) There are a ton of bugs, all over, in the cabinets, behind the fridge, my roommate and I had no clue what to do other than put in a work order every other month for a worker to come in and "fix" it, the bugs always came back 3) The towing company comes literally every night and tows away cars that don't have the sticker and they have zero mercy, my first night there, my car was towed because I didn't put the sticker on, I had just gotten it, moved in and was going to put it on in the morning, but nope, the towing company had already came in and towed my car away on my first night there, no calls, no warning, no email 4) Horrible water pressure, i don't know if it was my apartment but everything from the shower, to my sink, to the kitchen sink, to the dish water, terrible water pressure all over the apartment 5) It seemed like over the time that I lived there, there was always something broken or wrong, like when we first moved in, there was no ethernet cable, so we had to get Verizon to come in and install one, the kickplate for the dish washer wasn't latched on, the actual built in sink tub was loose, there are no main/center over head lighting for the bedrooms, the light switches in the room go to nothing, the thermostat was coming off the wall and never actually changed to the temperature we set it at Overall my experience at The Crossings from a utility, maintenance, overall makeup of the apartment was very poor, and not worth the rent we were paying
