  Very smooth application process. I appreciated application being done along side one of the property team David Graham was exceptional in walking me through the application and what to expect. He followed up with me ensuring that everything was done on my checklist before move in. He allowed me the time to get my outside affairs in order by changing my move-in date . This was very helpful. Friendly staff!

  I’m a Realtor and my client is selling her home and looking for a new home with no more worries of a single family home. We visited the Compass and David Graham, Director of Sales gave us a tour, he was very thorough and made us feel very welcome. David was able to show us all of the amenities and activities that Compass offers. His patience with my elderly client was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend anyone looking for senior living- see David and his team!

  The staff at Compass at Springdale Park are all very supportive of their residents. They have incredible amenities at affordable rates. I highly recommend this community as your next living destination. I have spoken to a few people who have moved here and they all agree it was “their best decision they ever made”.   It’s been great living at The Compass. It has been a very pleasant experience during the time I’ve been here. I moved in on October 1st, and everyone has been kind and welcoming to me and to others from what I can see. Everything in my apartment has been great, and I truly love it. I have no complaints. Everything is new, and I am the first person to use it, which I really appreciate. I’m grateful to have the common areas available to me, and my neighbors have been wonderful. It’s also great to have a friendly office staff that truly takes care of me and is always in my corner. I love the activities calendar that helps keep us busy, and I’m really looking forward to the weather warming up so I can use the pool.
