  First off, I would like to thank Marcy Padovano for all that she has done with assisting me along the way with my process of getting into my new apartment, her help and support along the way is so appreciated. I am enjoying my place, it is well lit, with very nice interior and appliances. In addition to Marcy, other staff I have met so far (office assistant, maintenance) have also been friendly and helpful. I hope the Cascade at Foundry Creek stays nice and welcoming for a long time to come.

  I moved into the “THE CASCADE AT FOUNDRY CREEK” Apartments the end of March. When I met Marcy, I felt as if I already knew her. When I first drove into the community, I went to (which I now know as the Warwick’s) Leasing office & they were closed. I drove around and saw the door for the Cascade. Office called the number & Marcy answered & said come on over and come in. That turned out to be the beginning of the journey of my process to move to Cascade. It was smooth. It was authentic, and it was life-changing. The process was seamless. I contribute everything to Marcy and her professionalism. When you interact with her, whether it’s in person, by phone, text or email, unless she picks up when you call she will respond with a text or email. Marcy is an absolutely “Gem” And when it comes to any questions, concerns & directions to help with what you need, Marcy is Always willing to accommodate potential residents to show this property. Her multitasking is phenomenal. There’s someone waiting and you’re in the office. She manages to be there for whichever client she is helping and or the client that is waiting. It’s been almost a month that I’ve been there now and I am still unpacking and getting situated, but I absolutely love my apartment, love the building, the area, and most importantly the person who sits in that office. Marcy thank you for all you have done to help me, to guide me and get me through this process. You are truly appreciated, THANKS again for your help!!

  Wow what can I say. This place is a dream come true. Only three months old. First thing is my crib is nice and when I say nice I mean nice.Very large for a two bedroom, and with me having the corner apartment makes it even better. All new appliances, more cabinets space, two full bathroom with large vanity in both of them. Listen I’ve had appointments before but nothing like this. People y’all really need to check out The Cascade at Foundry Creek. Oh by the way it’s for the grownups,55 and up. Now when you do visit make sure you ask for MARCY, I put her name in capital because she’s all that and more. From day one she helped me with everything, stayed in contact with me letting me know what she needed from me, what I needed to bring her. She’s very loving and sweet, very knowledgeable. When we first met we talked like we had been friends for years, you just don’t find people like that anymore. All in all, The Cascade at Foundry Creek is a beautiful place and MARCY is the person too see.

  I recently visited this property after seeing the great advertising and marketing, which immediately caught my attention. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, Marcy. She was absolutely wonderful — very professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. Marcy gave an excellent tour and demonstrated a strong understanding of the entire leasing process. What impressed me most was how clearly she explained the application steps, approval process, and move-in procedures. She was extremely hardworking, responsive, and her follow-up was truly exceptional. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the level of care and dedication she showed. I would highly recommend working with her if you are considering this property.

  Amazing place to be. Visited the Cascade and talked with Mrs. Marcy which was also amazing in showing me some units. Loved it. This place has all kinds of amenities for people 55+. Looking forward to live there in the future and enjoy the community has to offer. (God willing).
