  Starting to get pretty annoyed living here. I will say the front office staff is nice as can be and the apartments are pretty nice with brand new appliances, nice gym, nice pool and courtyard… but everything else makes living here not worth the high price. I am debating moving again when my lease is over. - We had a multi day internet outage a couple months ago with a lack of communication with residents, it took days just to get an update from the provider regarding what was going on - This past week we’ve had multiple fire alarms go off, multiple emails over the last 36 hours (see attached photo) - I put in a maintenance request for a leaky ceiling and no one has responded to it a week later (see attached photo) - When I moved in, the locks to the balcony door and window were installed with low quality, very difficult to lock the balcony door. They supposedly fixed it but it is still an issue. - Elevators go out without rhyme or reason, front door to the building/guest area was not operational for weeks… have to enter through the mailroom (see attached photo) - Other residents in the complex with BMWs, Mercedes, other upscale vehicles etc. park terribly in the garage (double parking/speeding). I think most of the residents here are very polite though don’t get me wrong.

  The fire alarm literally goes off 2-5 times a week for hours at a time. Despite their reply, I’d like to say this is accurate.

  Fire alarms are far too frequent, each time lasting at least an hour… I haven’t seen anything happen that actually necessitates a fire alarm but whether it be a drill or an actual fire.. the frequency tells you about the management and the people living in here.. Elevators from the second floor of the garage have not been fixed, it has been 2 months. Very unhappy with the lack of regard for these small details.
