  I have been here a little over a year and the New staff in the office is amazing. CJ definitely gets things going when I have came in with any questions or concerns. Things I have had concerns about always has a follow up with in 24 hours. I would definitely recommend checking out these apartments.

  I’ve been living here for a few months now and I have to say I haven’t had any issues at all other than some of the residents double parking but that isn’t the offices fault. If I ever have a maintenance issue it’s usually fixed by the next day sometimes the same day. It is quiet here I never hear my neighbors there’s a decent amount of patio space and they approved my application and got me moved in quickly.

  I just recently moved in and it was a very unstable experience. Mr King is very thorough and cares a lot about his tenants and makes sure that maintenance calls are taken care of properly. The community is very quiet and very peaceful even the tenants with larger dogs you don't even know that they have them because it is so quiet in the neighborhood and very clean, having a four-legged child myself that was a big plus so he's not constantly picking up garbage like our previous apartment. Highly recommend.

  I lived here 2021-2025. Decent place for the cost. Good location. Its an old complex so despite renovations there's still issues because its old. Walls are thin, you'll hear your neighbors. Parking is horrible, I had to make them repaint the resident & visitor spots near me because my spot kept getting taken. Good closet sizes. Maintenance was mostly good, the best was Earvin (spelling?). They often came same day request was submitted. Heating and A/C never reached the upstairs so I had to have window AC units & heaters upstairs. Periodically had roaches when units on my strip became vacant. They sent pest control each time I requested. Nothing helped with the silver fish. Big water bugs were commmon but I only saw them on their backs. Never had any issues with my packages. They had food trucks come out, cant speak to the resident events as I never went. They would often close the rental office early without adequate notice.
