  My family and I lived here for almost 3 years and our experience was ok. The only two good things about this place is how quiet it is (this depends on the cul-de-sac you live in. Some are quiet, some are loud.) and the maintenance and landscaping. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner most of the time, which was appreciated. But we had a consistent issue with our AC that wasn’t ever resolved. So that’s something to keep in mind before moving in. Management is atrocious. They were always extremely delayed in relaying closures of any kind. Sometimes certain parking lots would be closed, and if you didn’t happen to read your email that morning, there’s a good chance you’ll be towed. The pool was often closed due to a chlorine issue (??) or because someone broke a glass bottle. They had strict rules for the pool, but they weren’t enforced. Kids were always running around without parental supervision, and it’s only a matter of time something really bad happens to someone. There’s constant turnover in the office, which is probably why they are unable to address any issues the tenants have. The packages are sent to a mail room and it isn’t monitored by anyone. There’s literally a sign that states “packages sent here are at your own risk.” Amazon packages get sent to your door, though. They use AI, so you won’t be able to get through to them on the phone or text unless you say “it’s urgent.” And all emails are sent to tenants using AI which always have spelling errors and information errors, because they’re lazy and can’t just write up an email on their own. They will tow your car, even if you’re on the lease. They have an agreement with a local tow company and will pretend they have no control on when or who they will tow. So be sure all of your car paperwork is up to date. Lastly, right after we moved out, we were charged over $1200 for damage in our apartment. The two biggest charges were smoke odor (we have a toddler and know how dangerous it is to smoke, let alone around a child) and a carpet replacement charge. We were appalled and angry and fought these charges. Thankfully, PRG, the parent company, responded to us when Staples Mill Townhomes didn’t and we only ended up paying around $20. If you want to live stress free, don’t live here.

  Terrible experience living here— just moved out after finishing my year long lease. I don’t recommend. Avoid if at all possible. I had issues with roaches, the AC didn’t reach upstairs sufficiently, cheaply made, and lots of things breaking. The pool is frequently closed for issues (maybe it’s been open two weeks the whole summer). It’s almost impossible to reach any staff— the AI answering machine blocks calls from going through and when it does, the staff avoids answering questions or making commitments. If you get someone to email you, they act like the emails never existed when you follow up. Maintenance will come and do quick fixes that don’t last. Awful customer service. They nitpick when you move out which is funny since they mentioned issues I brought to them and they didn’t fix. It’s a shame but thankfully I was able to move out.

  I have been here a little over a year and the New staff in the office is amazing. CJ definitely gets things going when I have came in with any questions or concerns. Things I have had concerns about always has a follow up with in 24 hours. I would definitely recommend checking out these apartments.

  I’ve been living here for a few months now and I have to say I haven’t had any issues at all other than some of the residents double parking but that isn’t the offices fault. If I ever have a maintenance issue it’s usually fixed by the next day sometimes the same day. It is quiet here I never hear my neighbors there’s a decent amount of patio space and they approved my application and got me moved in quickly.
