  We have lived here for 2 years, and that’s 1 year and 2 months too long. This place went downhill so fast after we resigned our lease. Literal garbage on the street, in the grass, in front of houses ALL the time. Not just regular trash but dirty diapers, used tampons, raw fish, crushed batteries, broken glass, etc. People have no respect for their neighbors and treat the neighborhood like their personal backyard. I’ve lost count of the amount of dogs I’ve caught running around with no collar or leash who also run up to us with our leashed dog. Then the owners don’t take accountability when their animals are returned to them. Even with speed bumps people speed like crazy. They never close the gates, practically every useful streetlight is out, and the cop parked in the leasing office lot does absolutely nothing. One star for the space alone but 100% not worth it. When we moved in they hadn’t cleaned, couldn’t give us our keys on time, and there were dead roaches on the floor. Manager is next to impossible to get ahold of, and front office staff have been largely unhelpful in the past. Do not recommend living here.

  Eh vivido 3 años en estos apartamentos. Pero bajo esta administración tengo la peor reseña es mala lenta e incompetente cuando estaba la señora. ”Olga “ todo era diferente las cosas se resolvían mejor. No tengo la mejor opinión son lentos para resolver tus problemas cuando se daña algo en el apartamento, pero son bueno para cobrar y para multar un atraso de pago. No tengo necesidad de decir mentira piensen bien antes de renovar o de alquilar mala experiencia verdad que si , hoy me toca dormir como perro porque llevo 6 días sin aire acondicionado.
