  My boyfriend and I have been so happy with our decision to make this apartment community our new home. From the very beginning, the move-in process was incredibly easy and well-organized. We especially appreciated the transparency regarding move-in costs and fees—everything was clearly communicated upfront. We are exactly one month in today, with no surprises thus far. Our leasing agent, Renae, deserves a special shoutout. She was extremely communicative, helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. The community itself is beautiful, with great amenities, a perfect location, and a welcoming atmosphere. We also love the community events, especially gatherings like Social Sip, which made it easy to meet neighbors and feel more connected to the community. Another major plus has been the maintenance team. When we needed something addressed, the response was prompt and the service was efficient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice to live here. We truly feel like we made the right decision and are excited to continue making our apartment our home. Highly recommend this community, especially to anyone looking for a smooth move-in experience, great communication, and a place that genuinely feels welcoming.

  I’ve had a great experience with South Falls Tower, especially thanks to Renae! From the beginning of the application process all the way through move-in, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. She helped me make sure my application was completed correctly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel much easier and less stressful. Moving can already be overwhelming, but Renae went above and beyond to help everything come together and made me feel welcomed from the start. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants to make sure they have a good experience. Now that I’m moved in, I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose South Falls Tower. The building is beautiful, the location is great, and I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far. Huge thank you to Renae for all of her help throughout the entire process. She was a major reason everything went so smoothly. I would absolutely recommend South Falls Tower to anyone looking for a place in Richmond!

  If not for my new job out of state, I would definitely have renewed my lease here. Between the prime location, sense of community and awesome management team, this is the best complex I've ever lived in. Savannah and her team are great, I experienced no problems during my time there. Highly suggest this place for folks moving to RVA!

  My move in experience was excellent. The professionalism, attention to my specific needs , and the whole process were top notch! Savannah is the best ! Such an awesome building. Shout out to the whole South Falls team!. happy to be here 10/10

  We really enjoyed living here. The apartment had great views, and the amenities were well maintained and added a lot to the experience. Property management was always wonderful. Whenever we had a request or something came up, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. We never had an issue getting anything resolved. Future residents should also keep in mind that this is an apartment community, so some shared noise is normal. You may occasionally hear neighbors, footsteps, doors, or activity in common areas. Expectations around complete silence should be realistic. We are genuinely sad to leave. This was a comfortable, beautiful place to call home, and we made a lot of great memories here. We will always look back on our time here fondly.
