I would strongly caution anyone considering South Bank Apartments under GoldOller Property Management.The customer service has been extremely disappointing, with a complete lack of responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through. After properly completing my move-out process, I received confirmation that my move-out was finalized and that my account balance was zero. However, there was no communication whatsoever regarding my refundable security deposit. I reached out multiple times to both the property management office and GoldOller’s corporate office seeking clarification and an update on the status of my deposit. Despite escalating the issue to corporate on two separate occasions, I have received no meaningful response and no resolution.
The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency. If there is an issue, provide an explanation. Instead, I have been left repeatedly following up with little to no response while waiting for money that rightfully belongs to me. A management company should be able to handle basic move-out procedures, communicate clearly with former residents, and honor its obligations regarding security deposits. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with South Bank Apartments or GoldOller Property Management. If customer service, communication, and accountability are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience touring the 2-bedroom apartments at South Bank Apartments with Ayanna. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ayanna took the time to show me several great options and really listened to what I was looking for within my budget.
What I appreciated most was how honest and knowledgeable she was about pricing, availability, and what would realistically work best for me financially. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and never pressured during the tour. Her customer service was excellent, and she truly went above and beyond to help me explore the best fit for my needs.

Was considering to move here with my son, but after hearing how terrible the staff are I've reconsidered for the time being. Staff here will lie to you for their benefits and they are always absent when you need help. The place has flooding issues and dog poop everywhere. When you do get a chance to speak with them they will over talk and are the rudest staff I've dealt with. DO NOT MOVE HERE
Only move here if you want to work with an incompetent, typically absent staff. They will block your portal from payment, tell you everything will be fine, then surprise you with extra charges. Truly shady busineas
