  Was considering to move here with my son, but after hearing how terrible the staff are I've reconsidered for the time being. Staff here will lie to you for their benefits and they are always absent when you need help. The place has flooding issues and dog poop everywhere. When you do get a chance to speak with them they will over talk and are the rudest staff I've dealt with. DO NOT MOVE HERE

  Only move here if you want to work with an incompetent, typically absent staff. They will block your portal from payment, tell you everything will be fine, then surprise you with extra charges. Truly shady busineas

  Ignore the positive reviews, the majority are bots or people that toured but do not live here. This is the most incompetent staff I have dealt with in my decade living in Richmond. They have continuously downplayed and ignored severe issues from many tenants, including but not limited to: pests, flooding, noise, website errors and communication.

  Ayanna was an absolute gem. She was incredibly helpful during the move in process, always was available to answer my questions, and very knowledgeable about the property.
