  In the transition of my move, I did thorough research across various Richmond complexes, and none of them even compare to how wonderful Scott’s View is! I have lived here for a few months now, and it’s truly an amazing find! My unit and the shared spaces are kept very clean and neat, the leasing office and maintenance team is timely to respond and resolve any issues. There are so many places around within walking distance, which is a huge incentive. I believe this is the best possible option if you want to live locally in the city.

  The Staff is super friendly and responsive. I’ve been living here for a week. The only problem I heard and experienced was the big elevator being broken but now it’s working. It’s always clean around here and residents are friendly and helpful as well. Love it so far

  Living here was such a horrific experience that I moved out three months before my lease ended and ate the extra cost. If you're at all sensitive to noise or smells, avoid this place like the plague. I felt like I was living in a dorm, which was not ideal during Covid and WFH. I could listen in on my neighbors' pandemic parties, but I could also hear their toilets flushing. That's how poor the soundproofing is here. Door slams were also a big problem, as my neighbors weren't considerate and would slam their doors so hard at all hours of the day and night that my apartment would shake and my cats would jump. And speaking of cats, I should've known I was in for mental torture living here when shortly after move in, maintenance came in to "fix things from my checklist" (which they didn't do, and btw I was the first occupant so having a list to begin with was annoying), and locked my cats in the bedroom all afternoon with no food, water, or litter. That was when I learned that management didn't know how to apologize for their mistakes or show the slightest bit of compassion. I'd continue to learn that repeatedly over the course of several months. I also tried to escalate issues to Main Street corporate, but they essentially shrugged back. I've lived in less than ideal apartments, but this one took the cake. This review could be 10x longer with loads of fun stories to share, but Scott's View doesn't deserve the energy to waste any more time on them. It's just a total shame because I had been so looking forward to living there. Live and learn, and develop severe anxiety, I guess. Fortunately I found a wonderful apartment elsewhere, and Main Street properties and I will never be acquainted again.

  LOVE my new home! The staff is friendly, attentive, and very professional. The finishes in my new home are top notch plus it is so very quiet. Add the tremendous location and views and you have a 5 star living arrangement. If I could give it more stars I would!
