  In the transition of my move, I did thorough research across various Richmond complexes, and none of them even compare to how wonderful Scott’s View is! I have lived here for a few months now, and it’s truly an amazing find! My unit and the shared spaces are kept very clean and neat, the leasing office and maintenance team is timely to respond and resolve any issues. There are so many places around within walking distance, which is a huge incentive. I believe this is the best possible option if you want to live locally in the city.

  Scott’s View is such an amazing property! The pool and recreation room are fantastic, and you can’t beat the awesome FREE events they have there for residents. The property manager (Marni?) is super sweet and always willing to help with anything. Super safe area, close to a gym and tons of restaurants and covered parking were definitely perks! Couldn’t say any bad things about Scott’s View!!

  I lived here for 3 years and it is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Perfect location, great amenities/parking, maintenance never failed to responded within 24 hours, and the leasing team was always warm and welcoming and quick to respond (especially Marnie!). Noise was rarely an issue, even with being in a busy neighborhood.

  Very tidy and lovely unit apartments, clean, equipped with everything you need. PERFECT** LOCATION and friendly front staff, that WILL help if you ask. Public transportation GRTC is less than 3min away. Awesome bars and restaurants! NO PESTS OR BUGS. BEST LIVING APARTMENTS IN Richmond hands down!

  The leasing management team were rude and terrible to work with. My AC unit didn’t work for the first 3 days of living in our unit and they wouldn’t adjust our rent even though in the lease agreement it says they would. I was late on paying rent by one day during a PANDEMIC and they wouldn’t wave the late fee even though it was the only time I was late. My key fob wouldn’t work half the time. They had a security officer they hired to harass us while comfortably hanging at the pool during normal pool hours. This property reflects very poorly on Main Street Realty overall and I honestly feel like an investigation should be opened. With Scott’s Addition booming, I highly recommend you choose a different apartment complex to save you the headache.
