  We didn’t even move in or sign any lease…We got approved for this place and a house at the same time so we opted for the house. They didn’t cancel the applications like they were supposed to so it was as if we moved into the apartment already when we were in our house for a month. We’ve been waiting for our 300 dollar refund from the applications for almost 3 months and I’m pissed. Since nobody can seem to answer a phone maybe this will get their attention. I want my ____ money back asap because I’m tired of being nice and patient.

  Shawnieka White , going on 4 years of residency and Toya and Melissa are always a big help when needed in the management office. Chris and Mr. Tracy are like Johnny on the spot when it comes to maintenance. We love it here..

  I spoke with Melissa Baker about renting an apartment. She was extremely nice and very helpful. She was also very informative about BH Management. If you are looking to rent here, ask for Melissa! It was a great experience.
