  We didn’t even move in or sign any lease…We got approved for this place and a house at the same time so we opted for the house. They didn’t cancel the applications like they were supposed to so it was as if we moved into the apartment already when we were in our house for a month. We’ve been waiting for our 300 dollar refund from the applications for almost 3 months and I’m pissed. Since nobody can seem to answer a phone maybe this will get their attention. I want my ____ money back asap because I’m tired of being nice and patient.

  So many different bugs inside of my apartment. All I can say is whatever they're doing is not effective the pest control man has come twice and nothing has really change. My family and I been having different types of bug bites and once I even had to go to the doctor because of that Ants, spiders, roaches in my kitchen cabinets (as you can see in the picture) and some really tiny bugs barely visible. Also they have charge me in the past for pest control. So if you planning to move here be ready for all those extra charge, they charge you for trash but the complex doesn't even get responsible for what is outside (trash) which just makes it more unsanitary . This is literally one problem of so many more stuff Also the office never respond when you call them _______________________________________ Tantos bichos diferentes dentro de mi apartamento. Todo lo que puedo decir es que lo que están haciendo no es efectivo, el hombre de control de plagas ha venido dos veces y nada ha cambiado. Mi familia y yo he estado teniendo diferentes tipos de picaduras de insectos y una vez incluso tuve que ir al médico por eso Hormigas, arañas, cucarachas en los armarios de mi cocina (como puedes ver en la foto) y algunos insectos muy pequeños apenas visibles. También me han cobrado en el pasado por el control de plagas. Así que si planeas mudarte aquí, prepárate para todos esos cargos adicionales, literalmente te cobran por la basura, pero el complejo ni siquiera se hace responsable de lo que está fuera (basura), lo que lo hace más insalubre.

  They are excellent apartments, the requirements are easy to fill to apply, it is really recognized to live here since it is a nice and quiet environment

  To personnel department at reserve have been very helpful over the years and I appreciate the help that Latoya Melissa and Chris have shown.
