  Love the exposed brick charm of the building. Reginald has been absolutely amazing with helping me move in during what is always a stressful time. He's there to help the tenants at a moment's notice.

  After months of touring apartments with white walls, no character, no charm, and pricing to cover amenities but not much else, Reginald went above and beyond. The process had a lot of moving parts on his end as he showed me apartment inventory that made it hard to choose. When the apartment that I loved was going to be delayed due to renovations, Reginald stepped in, demonstrating customer awareness at another level by requesting that I come back and tour another space he thought I would love, and he was absolutely right! Great experience overall, from his professionalism to his personality!

  Reginald did an amazing job with his tour of the property. His energy was so contagious and he was so knowledgeable about the area. (gave a great brunch recommendation). The apartments we toured were so beautiful and the historical details are amazing! Love the 2 bedroom 2 bath that we ended up picking! Can’t wait to move in later this month. Process was so fast quick and easy.

  Do you want a working AC unit during extreme weathers? This isn’t the place for you Do you want management that will communicate with you in an efficient and timely matter? Again not the place for you Do you want your rental property to provide any support to you for having to buy ac units out of pocket to cover there multitude of mess ups? Third time’s a charm, not the place for you. Weeks of no AC with apartment temperatures getting to the high 80s in the summer, and absolute freezings during the winters. This is just a taste of the absolute clown show that happens on the daily at the Pohlig Box Factory. 🤡 Update: No AC for three weeks now during a heat wave, no compensation for anything that had to be spent to survive 110 heat index days.

  I have lived at Pohlig since 2005.... yes since 2005 .. in the same unit for almost 22 years now!!! I love my space and my neighbors, which have moved on. I wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU TO Darin, the lone maintenance guy who is feel is a true asset here in our community!! I can't imagine being the only maintenance guy for pohlig and superior.... my hat is off to you!! Here recently my AC unit has been on the fritz and it usually happens on the hottest days of the week or during an extended holiday. I reached out to Darin to just give a heads up since the compressor, which i found out is the oldest here in the building seems to be replaced which was discussed ona previous maintenance request. I just really really want to thank you Darin, for communicating with me and even giving me his personal cell. The office is closed today for the holiday but Darin responded back to me that he would take a look when he returns home today. I just really say Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Resident #001 for a loyal 21 years. YOU ROCK DARIN!!!
