He kept the property well-maintained, responded quickly to any issues, and handled tenant communications professionally throughout the lease. I Highly recommend him to other landlords or tenants looking to rent-out or rent a home.

  As a vendor, we get the opportunity to work with many property managers. I can say that Johnny takes a thorough personal interest in the properties he represents. He is timely accurate thorough in his handling of issues that can cost an owner money. I would absolutely have properties under his management because I know that they are going to be taken care of from tenant selection to care of the property and my investment.

  So far they have been great to rent with. I’ve not been a tenant with another company that was responsive in both email and with getting maintenance requests taken care of
