  Pretty much a nightmare from beginning to end, except for the very nice neighbors that made it bearable. Here are the main problems we encountered: 1 - They do not have AC upstairs in the bedrooms. Downstairs would be nice and cool, upstairs would be the outside temperature; 85 degrees, 90 degrees. Multiple maintenance requests confirmed "it's an old apartment, this is just how it is". 2 - The towing contractor they use is grossly unprofessional and is clearly committing tax fraud (only accepts cash payments, has a venmo set to a personal account). Due to what was basically a glitch in their parking system, we were towed in the first few weeks we were living here. 3 - more cockroaches than I've ever seen in my life. The garbage can isn't emptied on weekends, so trash just spills out all around it and the apartments closest to them have to deal with it. 4 - Monthly rent was very cheap, but after we moved out they seem to have increased the price by around 30%. 5 - They did not give us our deposit back until we threatened to take them to court (it had been 50+ days). To their credit, they did provide it eventually in full. TL;DR - At the old price point and with fixed AC, it was a solid apartment. New pricing and with 85°+ bedrooms, terrible.

  I’m in the application process and from all the 5 star reviews, I’m going to spend the rest of my evening praying that all goes well and I can also be in position to write a 5 star review. I read that they have a tenant in this community that has been there 22 years! That says a lot about the individuals running the day to day operations to make sure the tenants want to stay that long. I can tell from the walk through that the property is well kept. I can’t wait to be called a part of this community…😊

  Location is good. But everything is old and falling apart in our place. Needs a serious upgrade. They also don’t offer you anything to renew your lease(carpet clean offered to us once in 5 years, which is only the steps), everything else is “fake hardwood tile”. But again, this is a “calmer” part of town, and location, no complaints there.

  Old Bridge is a nice and quiet neighborhood. You have parking available. The units are spacious. The master bedroom is large! The kitchen is a little small but I rented a washer and dryer which took up space in the kitchen. It was my choice though. I could have just used the laundry room but I didn’t want the hassle. If I didn’t have that, I could have had a pantry shelf in the spot that the laundry units took up. There are no washer and dryer hookups in the home so the rented units are a portable washer and ventless dryer. The homes are maintained well. The private patio is great. I have lived in many apartments throughout my life and it seems there was always pests. There are none in the home. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with and the maintenance team is efficient. I only had one issue with the AC at move in but it was fixed quickly. I would recommend renting here.
