From the moment I called them to the day I signed that lease, it felt unreal simply because the customer service was exceptional. Actually, it feels weird to call what I experienced "customer service" because they genuinely care and worked with me, and I have nothing but good things to say. Maintenance also responds quickly, and the community page is awesome.
- TTTGTJan 25, 20261.0Property managers only care about when you're going to pay next. They're just fine going home knowing that tenants are stuck in a blizzard with no functioning heating system. Only $300 for their troubles. No fair renumeration for any of the slurry of issues this building has had over the last 2 years. Do not give them your money. They'd slap you in the face if they could.

It truly feels like living in luxury while still being affordable. The management team and maintenance were exceptional to work with and went above and beyond to make you feel at home. I will miss this building and my experience here dearly.
