  The pool is always green in the off season for some reason, never covered like other pools, which makes me question if it’s safe during the summer.

  Have had squirrels in my roof for over 2 years. reported many times. Documented, About to setup an escrow account and withhold rent until resolved. Floor is coming up because they patched it incorrectly. They hired a contractor for powerwashing, The contractor broke my keyless entry lock on my front door, reported it to front office. the new property manager tried to gaslight me by saying "I changed the lock so they don't have to pay for anything and they are not responsible" I laughed and just stood there shocked that she would even attempt to go that route until I said, You all paid for a service to be done, That contractor is responsible for things broken on property. They are required to reimburse me. ($100 lock mind you.) Submit request online and they go unheard for weeks. This apartment has gone downhill since Pegasus took over.

  I have been working on applying to live here. Our tour with Miss Ericka was wonderful and out of six different apartment complexes we viewed in Henrico recently, Millspring Commons was our favorite! Miss Ericka will bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied with your experience and she's so polite! Thank you so much, Miss Ericka!
