  Great place to live. I had a few minor maintenance requests over the past year, and the maintenance team especially Devaughan Moore has been very responsive and excellent in getting things fixed.

  One of the many things I appreciate here is when everytime I raise a maintenance request, it will be attended the next day. Devaughan came to fix the stove and lights today. He is always polite, kind, friendly, professional and fix the maintenance issue at a reasonable time. Shout out also to the rest of the team Lisa, Desmond, Carla, Charlotte and Victoria for keeping the property in top condition and helpful to all residents. Me and my family love and enjoy here. All of them makes this place wonderful to live in. Thank you!

  I've been at The Link for 3 years and signed another lease. Our maintenance team, does a great job of coming to fix anything within a few hours. Devaughan just came to change a light bulb, went the extra mile to clean the fixture, and was great conversation the whole time! This is typical of a maintenance visit. The building is always clean, and the surrounding area is as well(Thanks, Desmond and Lisa). Other apartment buildings in Manchester have trash outside and their landscaping is less clean and maintained. They clean the pool, the outside area, and inside regularly. The office staff are friendly, respond quickly, and take care of concerns and answer questions easily. They're always happy to sign for a package for you. The layout gives the most storage space for its square footage. The utility bills are low compared to other places I've lived. It's quiet - I rarely hear my neighbors, and located really close to the Potterfield Bridge and the Buttermilk trail. Gold Lion, Brewer's Cafe, The Continental, Stella's grocery, and quick eats options are a walk away. My dog loves the team here, too, who are always ready to say hi to her when she's on a walk.
