  I want to give a big thank you to Alvin for the amazing service today. I sent him a message in the morning about my fridge, and by lunchtime he had already gotten me a new one. He was very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate how quickly he handled everything and made it stress-free. Great customer service!
