  I’ve been at James River @Stony Point for 5 months now and have nothing but good things to say about this complex and the staff so far. Sandra is the best, maintenance quickly responds to requests, they keep the complex very clean, and there’s always fun community events going on.

  Moving to JR at Stony Point was a great move for me. I love my apartmemt, it's the perfect size and location. The apartment complex is beautiful with well maintained gardens that bloom all year round. The common areas are always clean and updated. I thought moving ftom a house to an apartment would be difficult. After 2 years at JR Stony Point, I wish I had made this change earlier.

  We recently moved from a house to JRSP and really love the location and enjoy simplicity of renting over home ownership. The staff are attentive and responsive, especially Sandra when we leasing. I love the diversity of residents too.

  I’ve lived here for three years and have found this complex has a great staff and quick response time to requests. Very communicative and care about the residents. The apartments themselves are very fairly priced for the space and amenities offered.

  Cannot say enough good things about this complex. Clean, well kept, and quiet. Management team hosts community events frequently with free food, drinks, music, and giveaways. Always get a fast response from maintenance. Great location, price, and facilities.
