  Super excited to move here! Eryn helped me out SO MUCH! She’s truly a gem and made this process very easy for me. The property itself is beautiful, very modern, and clean. To make it even more perfect, THERE’S A DOG WASHING STATION! How awesome is that?! The view from the top floor is breathtaking, I’m so excited to be here. If you’re looking for a new place with great amenities, views, and location convenience look no further! Make sure you secure your future residence with Eryn, you won’t regret it!

  Feel very safe and happy here! We just moved in a few weeks ago and love the new place. The amenities are great, everyone is so friendly and the staff is amazing. Shout out to Katie she is always helping me with anything I need and truly cares. Would definatley recommend to anyone with a dog as well. They are very welcoming to pets. Location is also very convenient and close to VCU.

  Hydro Apartments is truly an amazing place to live. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by how modern, clean, and well‑designed everything is. The amenities are top‑tier — the fitness center, common areas, and outdoor spaces are all kept in great condition and feel like an extension of my home. The staff deserves a special shout‑out. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any question or request I’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally. It makes a huge difference when the team is this attentive. Overall, Hydro Apartments has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well‑managed place to live in Richmond, this is it. Highly recommend!

  I love living here. Great community events, pet friendly, safe, property upkeep is on point, amazing staff, and the best price for this quality of unit anywhere in Manchester (arguably the whole city). Renewal prices are extremely reasonable and fair. Neighbors are mostly young professionals. Everyone is quiet and super nice. My only gripe is the parking. Resident parking is paid and I've never had an issue finding a spot. The problem is that there is no guest parking. The city has cracked down on parking around the building, so it's gotten really hard to have guests over. My wish is that when they demolish the silos, they'll expand the parking lot. We need it 😩. There are a ton of pros for living here, but the parking could be a deal breaker for some. I would still recommend you check them out!
