John came in to install a new toilet. Very professional. Explained everything he was doing. Installed the toilet and cleaned up any mess. Very nice experience. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The technician did an excellent job in the apartment. He fixed the leaking shower, replaced the shower handles, and also replaced a slat on the living room blinds. He was very professional, efficient, and did a great job. Thank you for the excellent service!

My daughter just moved here-her first ever apartment. We were hesitant, read reviews, but ultimately selected it based on what they could afford and that the staff said that even though it’s an older complex, it’s very safe. Well THAT IS A LIE BASED ON SOMEONE BEING SHOT AND KILLED OUTSIDE OF HER UNIT LAST NIGHT. Her CAR was in the crime scene tape area! Oh and we won’t mention how even though it’s a non smoking facility people smoke ALL THE TIME. AND THE NOISE. We thought by her getting an upper unit it would be better noise wise. WRONG. The downstairs neighbors decide that 1am every night is the time to party. This complex is in a great neighborhood but she may as well be in the worst parts of LA. No 24 yr old should be paying more than I pay for my mortgage and have to sacrifice sleep, safety, parking-yes-PARKING-at all. I’m thoroughly DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED. And if you work for this complex and are reading this PLEASE reach out to me OR maybe I will just go to the news.

I lived in these apartments for three years, and unfortunately, my move-out experience has been extremely disappointing. When I first moved in, there was a different management team. During my move-in inspection, I reported several pre-existing issues, including a microwave that was heavily rusted inside, damage to the walls, peeling kitchen cabinets, damage to the bathroom vanity, and problems with the ceiling. Teresa, who worked in the office at the time, told me that since the microwave was still working, it wasn’t a major issue, but I wanted it documented so I wouldn’t be charged when I moved out. Now, after three years and multiple changes in management, they claim they cannot find my move-in inspection paperwork and are saying I never submitted it. That is simply not true. I completed the inspection, reported the issues, and even took photos as I was instructed to do. It’s frustrating to be held responsible because of their poor record-keeping. My advice to anyone considering renting here is to protect yourself. Take detailed photos and videos of everything when you move in, report every issue in writing, and always ask for written confirmation that your documents were received. Don’t assume the office will keep proper records, because if something goes missing, you may be the one held responsible. Another frustrating experience was trying to speak with the property manager. I was repeatedly told she was “in a meeting,” even when she was clearly sitting in the office. Overall, my experience with the current management has been very disappointing. I hope they improve their communication, organization, and accountability so future residents don’t have to go through the same situation.
