  I do not recommend moving here. These apartments have serious mold issues and despite complaints or maintenance requests they don’t actually care or attempt to resolve the issues. The people they hire to work for maintenance have no idea what they are doing. If I complain about mold, I don’t expect someone to come spray my wall, wipe it with a rag and say “let me know if you have any more issues.” I mean seriously I could have done that myself. They did have someone come out and cut out a large portion of the bathroom wall to assess the mold issue and then repair the wall but the mold came back and is worse than it’s ever been. It’s honestly disgusting and unsanitary. It’s not just my apartment. MANY people have these issues. The parking situation is a nightmare. The towing company is extremely unprofessional. Everytime we submit a maintenance request it takes DAYS to come out because the office claims the issue is not urgent. Even if that means our washer or dryer stops working suddenly..or the toilet is constantly running and not flushing. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Don’t even bother submitting noise complaints. They really don’t care or do much about it. Why buy air fresheners when you can come home to the fresh smell of weed because all your neighbor smokes in their apartment 🤗😒 Seriously I could go on and on…just move somewhere else even if it means you have to pay more money!

  I knew it was a bad idea but my fiancee that I was being dramatic, lets start with the basics there is no gym, almost everything is broken, maintenance is actually good, every time I've put in the maintenance request they always came in a timely matter. The staff in the leasing office is the worst everybody doing the bare minimum. I stayed for 3 years because I didn't want to change my sons school. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location, other than that DON'T DO IT!!! Its a lot of other reasons I hate this place I just don't have time.
