  So I toured the sister property which was really nice but this apartment made mw feel like I needed a history lesson. I like older factories so this complex is really up my ally. Great team and company I got great service from both teams.

  This building takes me back in time. I came with a friend who was touring and we were told this place use to be a paper factory and when I asked if anything was left behind the guy touring us took us up to the roof to see the original paper drums. Really cool visit.

  I really like these apartments. From the paper mills that are still on the roof top to the resident lounge these apartments have some great character. I was quite pleased and shocked when I saw them.

  Erin Montez made the moving transition much easier for me. She always made herself available to answer all questions I had. I had a leak in my apartment that she tended to and resolved promptly. Erin is energetic and eager to make residents comfortable. She was super helpful during my actual move in day just by being around to help and answer questions and concerns. Her abilities in communication, patience, and understanding stood out to me amongst others I’ve dealt with in the past in property management. At times I had repetitive questions and she answers every time and encourages me to ask again if I need help. She even gave me my favorite bag of chips 😉 thanks Erin!! Annette was amazing! She was so patient and allowed me to talk out some decor ideas and furniture placement. She showed me multiple units to give me options and was honest with me about which unit she felt would be best based on my preferences. She wasn’t pushy at all just nice, open, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable!
