  Anna has been so welcoming and helpful every time I had issue she made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. And then followed up with me to make sure I was happy.

  Scheduled a tour which I confirmed and did the ID verification for. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. I called, emailed and the only thing I could talk to is an AI agent. Literally no way to contact a leasing agent. If this is how they treat potential tenants I can’t even imagine what is like living with this management. Every time I called the call got disconnected and the AI agent was beyond useless. They switched management recently and though I can’t speak to previous the level of unprofessionalism it’s staggering.
