- TPTone Plunkett5 days ago5.0Maintenance: Shout out to Natalie and John! Natalie’s always on it when I request a service. She either calls or emails you to let you know the status of your request and once it’s done, most of the time she’ll call and check on you. Today I needed service and she sent John to assisted. John was very professional and let me know exactly what he was going to do. His service was superb! He fixed everything and did it in a timely matter. Thank you both and you both are much appreciated.

The maintenance team has been very responsive and professional. John, the maintenance man, is always super nice, courteous, and professional. Natalie has also been wonderful about keeping me informed throughout the process, whether she is letting me know that a request will be addressed at a later date or confirming that someone will be coming out that same day. I truly appreciate the communication and professionalism that have been provided during my time living at Fox Chase. It makes a big difference knowing that my concerns are heard and that I am kept informed throughout the process. I have no complaints and am very pleased with the service, responsiveness, and communication I have received thus far.

We had a hole in our kitchen, The office didn’t do anything upon notice and charge us $ 1k after we moved out even though we called them and told them.
