- BBBriaunnaOct 5, 20265.0My husband and I have been looking for an apartment and came across this place. Talked to Brittany and absolutely the sweetest girl, she showed us around and answered all of our questions. We looked at The Hampton apartment and it was actually pretty spacious, loved the fire place and the pretty views from the balcony. Nice gym and pool, and a car wash area is an added bonus feature that I haven't seen before. Really like how close it is to shopping and restaurants. We did end up passing on this place tho as it just wasn't in the same school district and didn't want to have to have our child switch schools. But definitely recommend this place based off what we saw and highly recommend talking to Brittany to walk you through everything.

- TGTreasa GarrettSep 29, 20265.0I went to look at Copper Mill Apartments in Richmond because of their convenient location! Britney was exceptional and went above and beyond my expectations. Britney was very attentive to my wants and needs in my new apartment home and showed me all my options; Fireplace you can burn real wood (no gas), vaulted ceilings with huge fancy windows, sky lights, etc...Hard to choose! Thank you Britney for making me feel at-home before I have moved in!!!
- ISIvana StojanovaSep 29, 20265.0I would definitely recommend Copper Mill Apartments to anyone looking for a well managed property and reliable real estate professional. I appreciate Boban Ristov for being helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. He cares for a good service.

Every year theres a random shooting and issues with spiders seem to be super common amongst centipedes. Washer and dryers have a gross smell that they refuse to replace. Prob wouldnt rent again here
