- LELauren EppsAug 20, 20261.0Unfortunately I am stuck with this poorly managed HOA. The “manager” Wayne Street does not answer emails unless he feels like it. He is very hands off and if he DOES answer it’s only to blame the board for whatever has happened and divert his own responsibility. On top of that the president refuses to respond to requested communication regarding issues. It is evident they are out for money, which I’m not sure what I’m paying for. The new cheap trash company drops trash all of the grounds, the incompetent lawn group butchered my bushes and overall this HOA is just a joke. I begrudgingly pay my dues for nothing each month. Please do not move into a community they “manage”. Pic of boxwood below for reference , which they’ve butchers two years in a row, even after I addressed it w the “manager” (a joke) last year.
