  Beware Beware I been having problems since I move in. I will not be renewing a lease. I really understand why it’s so many empty apartments out here.Leaving a note on my door for a $32 balance is crazy. I used the $32 to buy product to seal the whole behind the dishwasher for the mice. I have a receipt with product I purchased to keep mice away.Also read the new tenant laws they will help if your apartment has an infestation.The area is full of woods which means treat the area on a regular.Contractors did the worst job replacing the wall behind the stove to keep the mice out. I guess they couldn’t see or something. The Maintace crew will enter your apartment and not leave any note.

  Shiann I appreciate the young lady. She had to go through hoops to get the refrigerator fixed. She went back-and-forth so many times I feel sorry for her. She did an excellent job. She was politely friendly. Her attitude is so wonderful. I appreciate all that she did to help me get back afloat, even though they didn’t have all the parts she pieced one together and made it work. It even sounds better than it ever has ever been done. Thank you. You make sure she get her props.

  My friend moved in three days ago. Shower broke, washing machine broke clothes stuck inside, both the patio and front doors locks are broke, dishwasher is filthy and unsanitary. This place is soooooo trifling still waiting for maintenance as of day 3 no one has called you have to keep calling them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the city council needs to come out and fine this place straight up Update: Water now leaking from under the sink!!!!!!!!!! Can’t make this up!!!!!

  They suck. They declined me and my partner saying that we had a bad rental history at ages we were still staying with our parents. They lied and said they pulled out history but when we called the company they supposedly had called to pull out histories. They stated that colonial did not pull anything from them. We also called colonial themselves to speak with an manager or so and they were never available. I told them I would like an callback at the earliest convenience. NEVER CALLED BACK ! I called them 3 times ! And never heard anything back. Im glad we did not move in because it would Have been a disaster when trying to get in contact with the people in charge of things like billing etc. I hope and pray they get better but for now THEY SUCK!
