It made me wonder whether the five-star reviews during this period reflected genuine satisfaction or were influenced by the giveaway. My own experience living here has not been positive, especially when it comes to communicating with the staff (particularly the building manager).
- VMvijay magoJul 21, 20265.0Emmett (Property Manager) and the maintenance staff (led by Martin) are excellent all around. The building is secure, clean, and well-maintained. The move-in process runs smoothly and they make dolleys available for use with heavy furniture. The elevators are always clean and run smoothly, the parking garage is clean, well-lit and secure. This property is a gem and the management team ensures it remains in top condition. Finally, Emmett is quick to address issues or requests for help as they arise and is very accommodating with special needs. I could not recommend this property more!

He really took the time to walk me through all my options and different floor plans; without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The property speaks for itself, but if the place didn’t win me over first; his professionalism absolutely did.
