  Last week, they conducted a so-called "fire alarm inspection". Three maintenance people entered my unit. They were very rude. They opened my bathroom and walked into my bathroom. They opened my closet and went inside. They opened my bedroom and entered my bedroom. They also opened the doors of my mech room and washer and dryer. They opened everything except the refrigerator I just have to ask: why does a fire alarm inspection require entering my bathroom, closet, mech room, and laundry area? What made me most angry was that one of them grabbed a chair of mine, kept his dirty shoes on, and stepped directly on it to check the fire alarm. He didn't ask for permission at all, and I didn't even have time to stop him before he stepped on it. . Did I give you permission to use my personal belongings while performing your job? CIRC maintenance workers will use your personal belongings! CIRC maintenance workers will use your personal belongings! CIRC maintenance workers will use your personal belongings! I know not everyone works from home. But if one day you find that something of yours has been mysteriously damaged or gone missing, don't say that I didn't warn you.

  The neighbors in this building are very disrespectful. The person next door often makes noise that sounds like drumming at night. My upstairs neighbor is even more disturbing. They can make noise for several hours at a time throughout the day, repeatedly dropping things on the floor or dragging objects across it — even at midnight or 2 a.m. Last September, I called the police because of noise at 2 a.m. The police advised me to report it to the building manager. So I did. The building manager responded by saying, “If it is occurring outside of office hours, then you can call the nonemergency RPD.” After several rounds of communication with the building manager, he asked me to provide audio recordings as evidence, including dates and times. I submitted the recordings I was able to capture along with the related information. I appreciate that the building manager is willing to address the issue, but three months have passed and the noise from both the neighbor next door and the upstairs neighbor continues. The last time I heard the drumming-like noise from next door was this evening (March 9). The upstairs noise — dropping and dragging objects — has continued through today. It is now 1 a.m., and the noise is still ongoing. If you would like coming home every day to become an unpleasant experience, I would recommend renting in this building.

  Decent modern apartments with contractor grade finishes. Nice balconies and very convenient on site parking.

  I have lived at Circ for a few months now and have been enjoying it. The apartment is nice and I love the surrounding area. The property manager here, Emmett, has been so helpful by responding to every one of my emails quickly and addressing my questions and concerns (which I have few of here so far).

  Best place I have lived in around the Richmond area thus far. Sad to move :( Shauna and the team at Circ go above and beyond for the residents and this place really felt like home. Great amenities, great location!
