  Wendy is a rockstar! Super friendly and helped me throughout all the process for my move in. I had a quick move in (3 days) and she moved rapidly with my application and follow up on everything and answer all my applications. I’m very thankful for her and appreciate her diligence in her work.

  My representative was Wendy. My experience with her was wonderful, I felt seen and heard . She was efficient and made sure I felt like I was top priority while she took care of my business . Wendy has excellent customer service. Top tier 😊

  There are definitely some positives. The pool is nice, and I like that it has a deeper section since a lot of apartment pools don’t anymore. The apartments themselves also look pretty nice. The biggest downside is the entrance. There are around 6–10 speed bumps, and you have to drive over every single one every time you leave or come home. It feels excessive, and every friend or Uber driver I had commented on how ridiculous they were. Most of the staff were fine, but one employee is the main reason I’m leaving this review. He told my family that my car smelled like I had been smoking, which was completely unprofessional and none of his business. When my mom lost her cat and asked the office to keep an eye out, he would meow at her whenever he saw her and even joked that “Chinese people in the neighborhood eat cats.” He also made an uncomfortable joke to me about sneaking guys into my apartment while my parents were out of town. None of those comments were appropriate. The complex is also overpriced for what you get, and when it snowed, the roads were barely cleared…. that’s my ted talk

  Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Me cobraron $200 por el proceso de la aplicación. Me informaron que $100 serían reembolsados si se denegada el proceso, y que el reembolso se realizaría dentro del plazo indicado. Sin embargo, ya pasó ese tiempo y todavía no he recibido mi dinero. He intentado obtener una respuesta, pero no han resuelto la situación. Considero que la comunicación y el cumplimiento con los reembolsos deben mejorar. No recomendaría este lugar hasta que cumplan con lo que prometen y ni asi lo recomendaría .
