  Wendy was absolutely amazing! She was very kind, professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout my experience at Chesterfield Village Apartments. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out to me. I truly appreciate everything Wendy has done and would definitely recommend Chesterfield Village Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.   I have been living in Chesterfield Village since 2014, and I am speaking from my personal experience as a resident. During the time I have lived here, I have never had any issues with the noise level, the maintenance team, or the staff in the office. My experience with the community has been very pleasant. I honestly would not know most of the children who live in the apartment complex if I did not see them at the pool during the summer or at the bus stop. There is nooo noise from the children. I assume many of them are inside their homes enjoying their tablets or iPads and having a good time lol. Overall, my experience living at Chesterfield Village has been a positive one, and I have been very pleased to continue calling this community my home.

  I had a maintenance issue with my AC and Demitrius was out the next business day to fix my problem. He explained to me the issue and multiple different solutions. He was friendly and polite. He took his time doing his work and throughly cleaned up after. He answered all my questions and was professional. He came the next day as promised to follow up as well. Thank you for the great service you provide! I look forward to Demitrius helping me with any problems going forward Tony also helped me with multiple different things. He was very kind, happy and upbeat! He did a great job and followed up as well. I enjoyed my positive experiences with him. Thank you for all the hard work you do! I’m HIGHLY SATISFIED with the work these men have done and hope to continue to have them help more in the future with maintaining my apartment. Keep up the good work!
