  I have been in the apartment for 8 months.i love liviano herencia. The mantenance supervisor brisly and the tech Jacob are verry helpfull. When i put a repuest they get it done on time . Thanks guys.

  Brisley and Jacob are extremely professional. Whenever we have any issues at the apartment, they show up on time and take care of the issue immediately. They make me enjoy living at Cardinal Forest.

  I recently moved to Cardinal Forest this year from NY with my husband and we absolutely love it here. The maintenance staff are wonderful and Robyn and Kevin in the office are phenomenal at what they do. They have made our transition to this new state both smooth and welcoming! We are super excited to call this place home (for now)… but unfortunately due to the state of the nation and the overall cost of living… both my husband and I, as well as our network of neighbors here are all concerned about a potential dramatic increase in rent next year… simply because none of us can afford it and it’s getting ridiculous. We want to call this place our home. Hopefully for as long as we can afford it. We’re hoping things stay manageable here so we can stay along with our friends… but we shall see which way the pendulum swings. Regardless, we have enjoyed our stay here so far. And under Robyn and Kevin etc. we hope we can continue to do so :)

  We’ve been without working AC for two weeks now, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The only reason conditions have been somewhat tolerable is because the weather has been cooler lately—but during the first few days, it was genuinely uncomfortable. We’ve called the emergency maintenance line multiple times with little to no response. Someone did eventually come out and told us they would return on Monday, but no one ever showed up or followed up. Since then, we’ve been left waiting with no clear communication or resolution. This situation has been handled very poorly and has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Reliable maintenance and communication should be a basic expectation, and this has fallen far short.

  There is no perfect apartment community...but when issues arose, Malik and Jacob and Brisly were so helpful on the maintenance front. They were so kind, funny, and amazingly quick to fix anything.
