  Nosotros tenemos 5 años aquí en este apartamento y nos gusta el mantenimiento que nos viene hacer jacob y brisly. They always come here when we have a problem. Thanks to Jacob and brisly.

  I have been in the apartment for 8 months.i love liviano herencia. The mantenance supervisor brisly and the tech Jacob are verry helpfull. When i put a repuest they get it done on time . Thanks guys.

  Brisley and Jacob are extremely professional. Whenever we have any issues at the apartment, they show up on time and take care of the issue immediately. They make me enjoy living at Cardinal Forest.

  We’ve been without working AC for two weeks now, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The only reason conditions have been somewhat tolerable is because the weather has been cooler lately—but during the first few days, it was genuinely uncomfortable. We’ve called the emergency maintenance line multiple times with little to no response. Someone did eventually come out and told us they would return on Monday, but no one ever showed up or followed up. Since then, we’ve been left waiting with no clear communication or resolution. This situation has been handled very poorly and has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Reliable maintenance and communication should be a basic expectation, and this has fallen far short.
