  Chyna helped me through and made this the easiest and the most helpful leasing process possible. Her constant communication was top notch. And she's the reason why I chose to stay. Got me the best deal possible in the short time frame I had to move. Her attention and dedication to doing the job right is very much appreciated and I wish her the best.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Attain at Shockoe in Richmond, Virginia. I scheduled and confirmed a tour ahead of time, only to arrive and wait over 20 minutes with no one ever showing up. There was also another couple there who said they had stopped by to check on their status and they were ignored as well. I tried calling multiple different numbers and every single time I was redirected to a virtual assistant that did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for people’s time. If this is how they treat potential residents before you even move in, I can only imagine what actually living there must be like. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. I would not recommend wasting your time considering this place.

  My first day applying a week ago. There was someone getting arrested from their complex while I was doing a tour, their lobby furniture was stolen which I was concerned about safety, the ambulance was out there. It was overwhelming. The process was really stressful.

  Just tour Attain Shockoe and felt at home right away! Brian King showed me around his energy was amazing. I loved that he loves assisting people find their new home. I was looking for a studio, he also showed me a 1 bedroom and I am glad he did because I was able to map out my space. Both viewings meet my expectations, the gym is spacious, and fell in love with the rooftop. Thank you Brian for making the tour an unforgettable experience.

  I’m giving 4 stars because, overall, things worked out and I truly appreciate the support I received. My experience wasn’t perfect at first it was a little rocky and stressful but Alicia and Brian really stepped in and made a difference. They were patient, understanding, and worked with me to get everything sorted out. What stood out most was their willingness to communicate and help when it mattered. They didn’t just brush things off they followed through and made sure my concerns were handled. That meant a lot to me. No place is perfect, but having a team like Alicia and Brian makes all the difference. Thank you both for turning things around 🫶
