Nope, I’m not living here. I don’t care about the wonderful customer service I receive while touring an apartment I care about the actual experience of living there. If I’m dealing with no AC, roaches, clogged pipes, feces outside my apartment, weed smell everywhere, mold, and maintenance showing no urgency when something needs to be fixed, I’d honestly rather stay in my car. I’m not paying money to live in an unkept environment because of issues that are completely out of my control. Thankfully, I have family in the area with houses and apartments, because this is definitely not it.

Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere if you can afford it. I took a 6 month lease on a studio apartment before moving out of state, and it was a terrible experience. On move-in day, the unit was filthy-there was urine on the toilet seat and unwashed floors, forcing me to deep clean it myself. Throughout my stay, I dealt with frequent water bugs and large spiders, despite paying a monthly pest control fee. The grounds were equally neglected, covered in trash and dog waste. Worse, my neighbors smoked cigarettes and weed, which seeped through the vents and triggered a severe cough and sneezing. Management promised to address the issue, inspect the unit, and follow up, but they completely ignored my subsequent emails and did nothing. I was ultimately forced to move out early for my health while still paying the rest of my rent. The management here is negligent, and you will find far better service elsewhere.

Anthony was fantastic! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They arrived promptly, took the time to explain what they were doing, and made sure everything was completed correctly before leaving. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work. Thank you for providing such excellent service and making the experience so easy. Keep up the amazing work! Thank you for making the process so easy!

This complex sucks. Maintenance and staff are very nonchalant and don’t care about any of your concerns. From not giving me the right key at move in to half fixing my maintenance requests, it truly sucks to live here. The apartment cracks and crevices are poorly sealed in the first place and they come in and cake caulk up to “seal” holes. I’ve dealt with leaks in the apartment and instead of having someone to cover the holes until it is repaired, they leave the hole wide open, allowing air to seap into the hole, making the apartment hot and God knows what crawl out. Maintenance does requests and leaves the front door wide open. The front door and windows are improperly put together allowing all types of crawling bugs to seap through the crevices and when I put in a request it’s never fixed RIGHT. I am now dealing with a rodent issue and was told that they can’t do anything but put traps down. OBVIOUSLY the rodent has come from a crack or hole that hasn’t been sealed properly and they don’t even want to come look. So I am expected to sit in the house and pay rent for rodents to eat my food and spread diseases. I will be calling the health department because this is very unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. Be careful deciding to stay here
