  The staff was incredibly great and helpful with any questions I had regarding the move in process! Lechelle Smith specifically was nothing but diligent, prompt as well as professional throughout my whole process. I certainly would recommend this apartment to anyone that I could.

  The apartment hunt has been so stressful, I was about to just throw in the towel….UNTIL I MET LECHELLE. She was so kind and knowledgeable i actually felt cared for. Ive been to the property a while ago and it was definitely a different experience this time. She is amazing really!

  2001 East is great for city living at its best! Richmond skyline view on the rooftop terrace and an amazing new gym! They even have covered garage parking. The best part is the staff though. Erin is great and so helpful, no matter what you need!

  This place was decent when Thalhimers owned and kept the place running. Now not saying the new owner is bad, the property management can use some work....alot of work. Issue one: maintenance doesn't fix anything. Your service request is ignored, its stuck on "in progress" for days leading to a week. Issue two: package theft this is an on going issue. Putting in new front doors, but still have the garage door broken and wide open for any and everyone to just walk in. Safe right?? Issue three: trash cans not being dumped. They would let the trash just build up and overflow. Whats the point of a cleaning crew if they not going to do the job. Issue four: property management doesn't return or acknowledge forms of communication. Called twice only to sent to voicemail, leave a voice-mail and not get a call back. Issue five: Air circulation within the building. The thermostat is at 83 degrees in hallways, stairsways, community area, and gym. Its hot outside its hot inside. Issue six: rent is ridiculously over priced. Your paying an arm, leg and kidney to live in an unsafe apartment building, with people stealing your packages that you spent your hard earned money on. This place was decent at a point, now its a question of is it going to get better. Maybe not, seeing how management here could careless. Or even properly introduce themselves.
